Green Century Safari – Refund Policy
1. Cancellation by the Client
1.1 All cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter) and acknowledged by Green Century Safari.
1.2 Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following schedule:

| 59–30 days | 50% of total tour cost |
| Less than 30 days | No refund (100% of tour cost retained) |
1.3 No refunds are provided for no-shows, partially used tours, or unused services.
2. Changes to Bookings
2.1 Clients may request changes to their booking (dates, itinerary, or participants).
2.2 Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.3 Requests for changes made less than 30 days before departure are not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Green Century Safari
3.1 In rare cases, Green Century Safari may cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
Extreme weather conditions
Natural disasters or pandemics
Political unrest or government restrictions
Force majeure events
3.2 If we cancel a tour, clients are entitled to:
A full refund of payments made, or
Option to reschedule for an alternative date without additional charges
4. Refund Process
4.1 All refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Bank or transfer charges related to refunds are borne by the client.
5. Travel Insurance
5.1 We strongly recommend clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
5.2 Refunds from Green Century Safari do not replace insurance coverage, and clients are encouraged to claim from their insurance where applicable.
