Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Moshi

Ascend to Lava Tower for acclimatization, then descend into Barranco Valley. Picnic lunch en route. Arrive Barranco Camp. Dinner and overnight stay. Stunning views of glaciers.
Climb the Barranco Wall with panoramic mountain views. Picnic lunch along trail. Gentle trek to Karanga Camp. Dinner and overnight stay, preparing for higher altitude tomorrow.
Steady climb through alpine desert towards Barafu Camp. Picnic lunch included. Rest and early dinner. Overnight stay before midnight summit attempt to Uhuru Peak, Kilimanjaro’s highest point.
